International Management Papers at Tauranga (2020)
International Management deals with business activities that span the globe, across national borders and diverse cultures. This brings new opportunities for exporters, as well as risks and challenges. Learn how New Zealand can compete in the global marketplace by understanding how to operate a business in another country, such as China, which has very different laws, economic/political systems, technology and cultural values to our own.
International Management is available as a minor.
To complete a minor in International Management, students must gain 60 points, comprising of STMGT101, ECONS200, INMGT200 and STMGT305.
Note: If STMGT101 has already been included as part of another major or degree; one of SCMGT202, ECONS304 or an approved cultural or language paper may be substituted.
Note: There will be no new enrolments in the International Management major in 2020. Students enrolled in 2017 or previously should consult the Waikato Management School for programme advice.
