Note: This paper is co-taught with LEGAL205 Foundations in Legal Studies.
Graduates from the Waikato LLB degree programmes and the BA in Law programmes (or equivalent from another university) are precluded from enrolling in this paper which is aimed specifically at meeting the needs of non-law graduates.
