Special Topic: Critical Issues in Space Law - LEGAL444 (2018)

This paper is a study of selected issues in space law. Issues will include legal developments in military uses in outer space, public manned spaceflight and space station operations, space tourism, space transportation, satellite communications, satellite remote sensing and navigation, space resource utilisation, environmental aspects of space activities, international trade aspects of space services and dispute resolution regarding space activities.
