This paper covers the structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete (RC) buildings. Topics covered include the design and analysis of singly- and doubly-reinforced beams, short and slender columns, joint connections, detailing and bending schedule, and understanding the performance of concrete and steel as structural materials.
